The project aims to create a permanent landmark in the new district area of FUGU. In order to achieve this, we aim to maximize the social, economic and environmental benefits by designing an efficient layout in a naturally beautiful environment equipped with all the amenities of a fashionable modern style resulting in an elegant and prestigious high-end commercial and residential Mixed-Use area.

The building height and façade appearance serve as refined modern fashion elements of the local culture as a whole. This design helps to build a landmark, enhancing the image of the city and driving up the regional value.
